Colorado Rickshaw is committed to providing professional
transportation services for weddings, private parties, and other
special events.
Communication Be sure to communicate your needs and expectations with our staff in advance of your wedding. DO NOT assume that your wedding is on our calendar until you have spoken with our staff directly. Be sure to touch base during the week prior to wedding to review plans and address any final questions or concerns.
Your Email is Our Contract Even after our initial conversation to discuss your plans with our staff, to get your wedding on our calendar, you MUST email us with the following details: name of bride and groom; date, time and location of the wedding; your contact information (phone and email); your specific requirements (elderly or disabled guests, transportion for the wedding party, etc.).
In lew of a deposit, your email acts as our agreement. If we do not receive this email and reply to you with a confirmation, your event will not be on our calendar. If you do not receive an email reply, please email us again to be sure your first contact didn't end up floating in cyberspace or stuck in our spam filter.
Payment
Payment may be made by cash (preferred), check, credit card (online through Paypal only) or money
order.
Payment must be delivered directly to the driver at the event.
If you prefer, you can pay online by credit card through Paypal.
Please be sure to include the name of the bride and the date of the wedding with your payment.
Cancellation / refund policy
Cancellation of services
must be made no less than 24 hours in advance to entitle you to a full refund.
Refunds will not be given for less than 24 hours notice.
In the case that Colorado Rickshaw arrives at the event
and, for whatever reason, it is determined that rickshaw services
are not needed (i.e. rain, snow, etc.), you will not be entitled
to a refund and will be expected to pay for services in full.
Decorations
The pedicab(s) may be decorated as long as no materials that may
damage or mark the finish are used. NO Silly String. Please plan
for additional time for decorating.
