Colorado Rickshaw is committed to providing professional
transportation services for weddings, private parties, and other
special events. Our drivers are trained, licensed, and insured.
Communication Be sure to communicate your needs and expectations with our staff in advance of your wedding. DO NOT assume that your wedding is on our calendar until you have spoken with our staff directly. Be sure to touch base during the week prior to wedding to review plans and address any final questions or concerns.
Down payment
To guarantee your booking, we require a down payment of the
first hour per pedicab, plus transport fee
in advance. Payment may be made by check, credit card or money
order.

Wedding services must be
arranged and paid for in advance. You can pay online now by credit card through Paypal.
Please be sure to include the name of the bride and the date of the wedding with your payment.
Cancellation / refund policy
For a full refund of your down payment, cancellation of services
must be made at least 72 hours in advance. 24 to 72 hours notice
will entitle you to a refund of the transport fee.
Refunds will not be given for less than 24 hours notice.
In the case that the pedicabs arrive at the event
and, for whatever reason, it is determined that pedicab services
are not needed (i.e. rain, snow, etc.), you will not be entitled
to a refund of the down payment (first hour + transport).
Decorations
The pedicab(s) may be decorated as long as no materials that may
damage or mark the finish are used. NO Silly String. Please plan
for additional time for decorating.
